Our Services

Study Experience provides consultancy in graduate studies abroad. We assist students in all matters related to enrolment in a university abroad, from their initial orientation to their accommodation, whilst optimising the likelihood of successful applications.

Study abroad requires careful preparation, an ability to prioritise the requirements of your studies and to undertake research for the information you require. As specialised consultants, we are able to assist you with this project through the following steps:

Step 1: Enquire about the relevant dates to apply for universities abroad.

Each destination has its own academic calendar and date limits for application to enrol in universities in that country. This is the very first thing you need to know before undertaking any further investigation. These date limits are generally between 7 to 12 months before the start of the academic year, depending on the destinations, universities and courses that interest you.

If you have limited time to apply, please feel free to contact us. We will be able to efficiently guide you in meeting enrolment application deadlines, even tight ones, for the international courses most suited to your field of study.

Step 2: Explore the university system of your future destination

Each country has its own university system, some very different from the university system of your country. In Europe, the LMD (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) reform guaranteed a certain homogeneity of graduates within the Member countries and gave rise to three similar academic cycles. In other countries, there is a growing number of courses offered but access to these courses is more difficult.

In fact, you can specialise in all areas of study abroad and easily undertake a full-time or part-time course. Whether you have finished your final year of school studies, vocational certificate, Bachelor or Master’s degree you can undertake a study program in an excellent institution abroad!

You can contact us to learn the options available to you depending on your current qualifications and your expectations.

Step 3: Select the course corresponding to your chosen specialisation.

Once you have chosen the course, it is important to know the curriculum for universities in the country or countries in which you wish to apply.

With this understanding you can choose the course best suited to your needs, with teaching modules that meet your expectations.

We can advise you about opportunities for specialisation which allow you to get the best results from your studies abroad.

Step 4: Choose the international universities for your application to enrol

The choice of an international university rests on several criteria, including:

  • The reputation of the institution International and national rankings are good indictors of the quality of an institution, but some universities excel in certain areas.
  • The courses and proposed modules: Some universities specialise in certain areas and offer unique educational opportunities
  • The level of selection: Depending on the university, it can be more or less difficult to enrol in one of these programs.
  • The cost of education: Depending on the destination, the universities and programs offered, the cost of education can vary from a few hundred euros to tens of thousands of euros per year! So it is important to evaluate all of the opportunities, and not only the best-known or most academically accessible.

Our advisors in the Study Experience team know all about all the courses offered abroad and will advise you on the courses best suited to your plans, budget and academic record.

Step 5: Apply for enrolment with international universities

Your application for enrolment with international universities is the most important step in increasing your chances of success. You need to assemble all the documents specified by the University, in order to ensure you have a fair chance of selection. Application records generally consist of the following documents:

  • Your higher education qualification
  • The academic results you obtained during your studies
  • A language test demonstrating your level of proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS…) if applicable
  • One or more letters of recommendation from teachers.
  • A covering letter that you drafted

All the documents must, of course, be in English or in the language of the host country! These steps take time, and you will certainly require a qualified translator for your qualifications.

Study Experience services guarantee that the enrolment application conforms exactly to the requirements of academic selection panels abroad and enhance your chances of being admitted to a university. We provide ongoing support in the compilation of your application, the cover letter as well as in the enrolment process.

Step 6: Follow the progress of your applications

Once you have applied to universities abroad, you need to follow the progress of your applications.

In fact, you may need to complete your application before assessment by the selection panel, while some universities will wish to interview you on-line or on-site before formally validating your admission.

Study Experience monitors your applications and informs you of any progress in your admission abroad.

Step 7: Confirm your admission and prepare to depart!

Once admitted to one or more universities, you need to make your final choice! Depending on the options available to you, you will need to confirm your enrolment with the institution of your choice, to ensure you are admitted to your chosen program at the start of following year.

After your enrolment is confirmed, you can prepare for your departure. Obtaining insurance, a study visa, student accommodation and, if necessary, academic preparation courses…there are still some formalities to finalise before you can relax and leave!

As part of its service, Study Experience offers ongoing support after you are admitted to an international university, to help you find insurance or housing that suits you!
