Privacy Policy

Our website uses cookies to improve the features it offers. Cookies are data that are saved on your device and that enable the website to store certain information concerning you for better navigation.

We use various cookies for specific purposes:

  • necessary cookies: these are used to enable various functions to be correctly used on the website. These cookies do not collect any personal data;

  • Cloudflare cookies: Cloudflare is a CDN (Content Delivery Network) that enables certain resources to be delivered more quickly depending on the location of the user. For the purposes of enabling personalised navigation for users, the cookie set up by Cloudflare allows several users using the same IP address to be differentiated (for example: four users connected to the Wi-Fi of a fast food outlet). This cookie does not record any personal data enabling the user to be identified;

  • functional cookies: these are the ones that allow for greater comfort when using some of the website’s functions. For example, they can record a user’s address to automatically fill in the “address” field on a form to save the user from completing it him/herself.

By clicking on the “I agree” button, you agree to the use of cookies (Article 6, 1, a of the GDPR). You can cancel this approval at any time by clicking on the “Cookie Policy” button located on the bottom right of your screen. In the event that you do not wish to authorise cookies, the use of certain functions may be altered.

Contact form

You agree that the data collected via this form be stored by Study Experience for purely practical purposes (in the event that Study Experience needs to contact you if necessary). These data will not be communicated to third parties and will not be used in any context other than that for which you completed this form. You may at any time access, modify or delete these data by contacting us at the address [email protected]

Google Analytics

For purely statistical purposes, we use Google Analytics in order to be able to determine site traffic on a daily basis. To do this, Google Analytics uses a cookie enabling the user’s activity on the website to be tracked. This cookie enables anonymous statistics to be produced that will be based solely on navigation. The IP address is part of the collected data, but we undertake to limit the geolocation to the level of the city alone. This cookie will automatically expire 1 month after acceptance of Google Analytics tracking (new confirmation will then be requested from you).

You agree that Study Experience may collect and use the personal data that you provided on the registration form for the purpose of sending you information about its products/services or personalised marketing offers. In accordance with our privacy policy, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the link displayed at the bottom of the page of emails received.

This website enables users to give their opinion using a comments system. Certain personal data, such as an email address, are necessary in order to be able to maintain the conversation between Study Experience and the user. These personal data (email address, nickname, message, etc.) are stored in the database for an indefinite period in order to keep a conversation history. Users may, at any time, request the withdrawal of these data from the database, by using the website’s contact form or by sending an email to [email protected].

This information will not be used under conditions other than those agreed to by the user.
