Our Higher Education counsellors
Pascal Carré
General Manager
After language and translation studies in Belgium, Pascal opened his first language travel agency - Languages & Travel - in Brussels (B) in 1992. A former junior often comes back to us a few years later for work experience study abroad. In a nutshell, Study Experience's mission is to provide people who want to join higher education institutions abroad with services up to their expectations and ambitions.
"Language travel and training abroad changed my life. It all changed my vision of the world and made me learn about new cultures. Travelling and communicating in a foreign language became my exciting way of life. There is no better deal than investing in one's education and being trained abroad."
Marc McHugo
Associate Director & Higher Education Counselor
Marc is Franco-British. Formally a student at the Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye (France), he graduated in International Management with German at the University of Bath (England) in 2007. He then spent a year travelling in New-Zealand and Australia with a working holiday visa. Since 2008, Marc has been overseeing the creation and development of Study Experience.
"Studying abroad offers students a rare opportunity to expand their horizons and open their minds. There is no doubt that an education in a foreign country opens many doors for the future, but more importantly it is a sure way to discover and develop your potential while also living for today !"
Caroline Ripoll
Consultant (Central France)
Caroline went to Birmingham (in England) to complete her Bachelor degree in Foreign Languages. For four years, she worked for Languages & Travel – a language travel agency. To broaden her perspectives she specialised in further studies abroad. It’s during a business trip that she became obsessed by Australia. It motivated her to move there. She found a job at Curtin University. Caroline is now focused on the development of Study Experience in the Central regions of France.
"Organising a departure overseas is always a challenge. Once you get there, each day, each lesson, each person you come across is the starting point of a new adventure and experience. What used to be common is called in question. We lose our points of reference. Once you are graduated, you bring back home not only a degree but also so much experience ! "
